What should I do if my card arrives damaged?

We are truly sorry! We would like to make it up to you so please contact us at shop@inukshukgreetings.ca with the details and photos of the damaged card(s) attached.

Can I buy a bunch of cards and receive a discount?

Yes! We now offer our cards in packages of 10, 20 or 30. You can choose an assorted pack and we will choose some of many varieties for you or you can list the ones you want - or you can just have multiples of any card you wish!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Your order is sent by Canada Post and it leaves our location within 48 hours of your purchase. The time it takes to get to you depends on your location in Canada and how far it is from Central Ontario. Most items should arrive within 3 to 10 days after we post them.

Is there tracking on shipping?

No. There is no tracking on the free shipping as the orders are sent by either letter mail or regular package through Canada Post. If you would prefer to add tracking to your order, please ask us for a quote on shipping with tracking and we would be happy to provide that for your consideration.

Do all cards come with an envelope for the cards?

Yes, all cards come with a corresponding envelope.

Do you have gift cards?

At this time we do not offer gift cards but we can send your recipients the card or gift on your behalf.

Can I cancel my order after I paid?

Your order can be cancelled up to the time it has been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled that means it has already been packaged and mailed and therefore cannot be cancelled.
