Return Policy

We are confident you will love the items you ordered. If you aren't, however, please contact us right away to let us know. We will try to make you happy.

If there is an error in your shipment, or an item arrives damaged, please let us know and we will be happy to take care of it!

Shipping is free for all orders.

Orders are most often shipped through the next business day by Canada Post’s lettermail. There is no tracking available so contact us if you don’t receive your card(s) within 7 to 10 days.

If you need your order to be shipped more quickly or with tracking, you can send us an email (shop@inukshukgreetings.ca) and we will provide you with a cost for expedited shipping through Canada Post which does include tracking.

Within Canada

Shipping is free on all orders within Canada.

To the USA and Internationally 

We do not ship to the USA or Internationally at this time.
